Do You Offer Free Estimates?


Yes. We offer full and partial packing services using high-quality materials to keep your items safe. We can also unpack and set up your belongings in your new home or office.

Do You Offer Packing & Unpacking?


For local moves, we recommend at least 2-4 weeks in advance. For long distance moves, we recommend scheduling your survey about 4 weeks in advance, and then the move can be scheduled following that. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute moves.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?


Yes. Our experienced team can safely move heavy, delicate, or specialty items. Let us know during your estimate/phone consultation so we can plan to bring the necessary equipment.

Do You Move Specialty Items like Pianos or Safes?


Yes. We offer boxes, packing paper, mattress bags, and custom crating for fragile items. Supplies can be purchased separately or as a part of a full service pack. We also loan out plastic totes and wardrobe boxes.

Do You Provide Packing Supplies?


We suggest labeling boxes clearly, disconnecting appliances, and setting aside personal or important items you plan to transport yourself. Our team will handle the rest.

How do I Prepare for Move Day?


Yes. We understand schedules can change. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

Can I Reschedule My Move Date?


Yes. We provide short-term and long-term storage in our secure facility with 24 hour surveillance.

Do You Offer Storage?


We handle your items with care, but if damage occurs, our valuation options provide coverage. Report any issues immediately so we can assist with the claims process.

What Happens if Damage Occurs?


Every move is different. Timing depends on the size of your home or office, how prepared you are, and travel distance. We’ll give you an estimated time during your quote.
